Product Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of:

  • Any Microsoft 365 Copilot-based applications, agents, or related tools published or provided by Videotec LLC (each an “Application” and collectively, the “Applications”).

By accessing or using any Application, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Applications.

Applications Covered by These Terms

These Terms apply to all current and future Microsoft 365 Copilot-based agents, tools, and applications published or distributed by Videotec LLC, including but not limited to applications listed on the Microsoft Marketplace.

Each Application may include its own description, capabilities, and intended use cases, but all Applications are governed by these Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Use of the Applications

Each Application is a Microsoft 365 Copilot-based agent designed to assist users with specific business tasks, such as analysis, productivity, or insight generation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Applications operate within your Microsoft 365 tenant environment.
  • Videotec LLC does not store, retain, or process your data outside your Microsoft 365 tenant unless explicitly disclosed for a specific Application.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of any data you submit to the Applications.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • The Applications are not designed for use with personal data subject to specific regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR special category data) unless evaluated by your organization for such use.

The Applications provide automated analysis and insights for informational purposes only.

  • The Applications do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
  • Outputs should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
  • You are responsible for any decisions made based on Application outputs.

Limitations of Use

By using the Applications, you agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Applications
  • Use the Applications in a way that disrupts services or systems
  • Use the Applications to process unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Use the Applications in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Harvest or collect user data without proper authorization
  • Use the Applications to infringe the rights of others

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Applications are owned by or licensed to Videotec LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Applications for their intended purposes.
This license may be terminated at any time if these Terms are violated.

Third-Party Services

The Applications depend on Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft services.

Videotec LLC is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of Microsoft 365 or any third-party systems used in connection with the Applications.

Service Availability

The Applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Applications will be:

  • uninterrupted
  • error-free
  • fully secure
  • or available at all times

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Videotec LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Applications
  • The Applications are provided without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or reliability

In no event shall Videotec LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • loss of profits
  • loss of revenue
  • loss of business
  • loss or corruption of data

Accuracy of Outputs

Outputs generated by the Applications are based solely on the data provided and automated analysis techniques.

  • Results may be incomplete or inaccurate
  • Important context or professional nuance may not be identified
  • Users must independently verify all findings

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate access to any Application at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.
