Who
Videotec LLC is my company. I am Steve Corey, a Microsoft MVP working in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Copilot.
There is no team behind this page. When you hire Videotec, you get me — the same person who scoped the problem, who chose the approach, and who will be there when something needs to change six months from now. For the size of work I take on, that is an advantage, not a limitation.

What I actually do all day
I build Copilot agents and SharePoint solutions. I also teach both, publicly and constantly, which turns out to matter more than it sounds.
Teaching a thing forces you to understand it properly. Every week I work through what is new in the Microsoft 365 and Copilot platform, test whether it holds up, and explain it to a large audience of people who will tell me immediately if I got it wrong. That is a hard feedback loop, and it means the recommendations I make to clients are tested before they reach you.
The MVP part
Microsoft awards MVP status for sustained, independent, public contribution to a technical community. It is not a certification and it is not a sales tier. It means Microsoft recognizes the work, and it means I have early visibility into where the platform is going.
Practically, that shows up as judgment. I can tell you which capability is ready for production, which is a preview that will change under you, and which announcement does not apply to your situation at all. That judgment prevents expensive mistakes.
How I work
Honest scope.
I would rather tell you a project is not worth building than take the work and watch it underdeliver. That happens sometimes, and I would rather it happen in the first conversation.

Solutions are documented and built on supported Microsoft patterns, so you are not locked into me. If you want to take it in-house later, you can.
